Refund policy
Once your return items are inspected and approved you will receive a refund notification via the email you used for your order, typically within 3-7 business days. You will be 100% reimbursed for your purchase, minus any shipping costs.
*Any items marked down on Sale or purchased for more than 20% off can be returned at your shipping expense for store credit only (store credit never expires). Please email info@rheabikinis.com to inquire about store credit.
*Any items individually marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for Return or Exchange and are non-refundable.
*Free returns means we cover the shipping costs to return your items - we do not refund for any shipping costs paid when purchasing.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
Rhea Bikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen you'll need to file a claim directly with USPS.
