RETURNS

Rhea Bikinis offers free domestic returns for regular priced items purchased from rheabikinis.com within 30 days of your order. There's just a few requirements you'll have to meet:

  • All returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), unwashed, and with original hang tags attached. 
  • Once a return label has been issued to you the return package must be mailed within 7 days.

Unfortunately returns not abiding by the policy will have to be returned to sender.

*Free returns means we cover the shipping costs to return your items - we do not refund for any shipping costs paid when placing your order.


**Any items found on our Sale page or purchased for more than 20% off can be returned at your shipping expense for store credit only (store credit never expires). Please email info@rheabikinis.com to inquire about your store credit.

**Any items individually marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for either Return or Exchange and are non-refundable.


DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS:

Please email info@rheabikinis.com with your order number and information to receive your return label. Once a return label has been issued to you the return must be mailed within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS:

*We do not offer free international returns. Please email info@rheabikinis.com and we will assist you in completing your return. You will be refunded for any items in your return, minus the international shipping fees. *Please be aware depending on your country the fee to return can be anywhere from $30-$70

Refund Policy

Once your return items are inspected and approved you will receive a refund notification via the email you used for your order, typically within 3-7 business days. You will be 100% reimbursed for your purchase, minus any shipping costs.

Any items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable. Any items purchased above 20% off are eligible only for Store Credit.

 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly allow any items to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it is in original condition and has not been worn, washed, or damaged. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, and sanitary liners in place. Please follow the steps below to make an exchange.

Within 10 days of receiving your order from Rhea Bikinis email us at info@rheabikinis.com and specify your order number and reason for exchange.

If your exchange is approved we will direct you how to obtain your shipping label and where to ship your exchange item. Please make sure the item is post marked within 15 days of receiving your order and is in original condition with the original sales receipt included.

If we do not have the item in the correct color or size you wish to exchange for we will offer the option of reimbursement or store credit.

Your first exchange is free, however if after that you would like to complete a second exchange or a return from the same order you must cover the cost of shipping.
