Shipping + Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Domestic orders typically take 1-2 days within Hawaii and 3-5 days for the mainland.

Domestic

FREE: USPS First Class Shipping orders over $100 | 2 to 5 business days
$5: USPS First Class Shipping | 2 to 5 business days

We have a flat rate $5 domestic shipping fee. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $100.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

Rhea Bikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

International

We have a flat rate $35 international shipping fee. All international orders over $200 will receive Free Shipping automatically.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Rhea Bikinis is not responsible for these additional costs.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Once packages are shipped and with the carrier, they are out of our control. We know how frustrating lost or missing packages can be, so we provide the option to insure your shipment with Navidium Package Protection.

As a small business we unfortunately cannot take on the liability for lost, damaged, or stolen packages as shipping carriers do not reimburse us. If you opt out of shipping protection, you will need to work directly with USPS to resolve any shipment issue. 

If you did insure your shipment and need to file a claim, please email us at info@rheabikinis.com with your order number and issue.

What is Not Covered

  • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you
  • Delays in transit 
  • International orders stuck in customs - we can't be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund.
