Returns + Exchanges


There's no worse feeling than being super stoked for a package only to realize the item you ordered doesn't fit. That's why we want to make this easy for you. Rhea Bikinis offers free domestic returns for items purchased from within 30 days. There's just a few requirements you'll have to meet: all returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), unwashed, and with original hang tags attached. Unfortunately returns not abiding by the policy will have to be returned to sender.


1)     Follow this link to our returns portal

2)     Enter your order number (the digits after 00) and zip code. Your order number is included in your confirmation email and on the invoice in your package

3)     If your return is eligible, we will email you a prepaid shipping label

4)     Include invoice and clean unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original packaging (our eco-friendly packages are reusable!), or package of choice

5)     Attach your prepaid label to the package and make sure everything is packaged securely

6)     Drop off at the appropriate shipping center

7)     Once your return is accepted and has processed you will be reimbursed for the purchased product amount

We will gladly allow any items to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it is in original condition and has not been worn, washed, or damaged. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, and sanitary liners in place. Please follow the steps below to make an exchange:

  1. Within 10 days of receiving your order from Rhea Bikinis email us at and specify your order number and reason for exchange

  2. If your exchange is approved we will direct you how to obtain your shipping label and where to ship your exchange item. Please make sure the item is post marked within 15 days of receiving your order and is in original condition with the original sales receipt included.

If we do not have the item in the correct color or size you wish to exchange for we will offer the option of reimbursement or store credit.
